Jordan reached out to me 3 years ago when I initially obtained my SGPR (Permanent Residence), and I told him that I'm not able to purchase any property yet due to the 3-year PR status requirement before any non-citizen can purchase a house. At the time, it was Covid and I wasn't sure if buying a property in Singapore was something I would do. Fast forward 3 years, he reached out to me again in a very timely manner as I was already speaking to several property agents and trying to understand the real-estate market in Singapore, what sort of properties would be suitable or appropriate for someone like myself. What made Jordan different from all the agents I've spoken to, was his determination to present the best property for each client according to what they want or otherwise helping them discover what they want. He has the experience and understands what goes through the minds of a buyer, finding out what is important for them, and most importantly if it makes financial sense. At the end of the day, buying a house is all about that "feels-right" feeling and he was able to show me a unit that felt right for me and the decision making process was smooth from there.
