When I wanted to sell my apartment , 2 other agents whom I enquired were very discouraging and not confident to get the price that I had hoped to get , though it was not an unreasonable price I had asked . Tobio was very encouraging to give this sale a try , was confident to get the price I wanted as he was aware of the market situation , and he sold my apartment at a value more than I had asked him to !! Have engaged Tobio to market my condominium for sale. We staged the house and he took photos of it to market it online. He has arranged many viewings, bringing in prospective buyers to view the unit. He was able to get an offer from a buyer that was close to out market price and within my acceptable range. The transaction process was smooth and he was knowledgeable and handled the paperwork and documentation. Also had good after-transaction service helping to liaise with the buyer and us.
