Thirty one freehold commercial units at Midpoint Orchard, a shopping mall along Orchard Road, are up for sale through an expression of interest. The portfolio has a starting price of $281 million and will be sold collectively.

The units, held under 31 individual strata lots and located on various levels of Midpoint Orchard are approved for retail use. The total estimated floor area is 22,614.95 sq ft.

Aric Lim, District Director at Huttons Asia Pte Ltd who is marketing the units exclusively highlights that the units are regular in shape and adjoining units may be combined for maximum efficiency. The new owner can explore different F&B possibilities such as a buffet restaurant, food court, or for fast food outlets, subject to approval by the Midpoint Orchard Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and relevant authorities.
